Return And Refund Policy
1. Returns
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your glasses, you may return them within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.
2. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Item must be returned within 30 days. Proof of purchase is required. Prescription lenses are eligible for return if there is a manufacturing defect.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
4. Shipping Costs
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Non-Returnable Items
