Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

3. Refund for Cancelled Orders
If your order is successfully cancelled, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Late Cancellation
If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible. In such cases, you may follow our Return & Refund Policy after receiving the product.
